30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
To keep quality high for all customers, we do not accept returns on:
- Seasonal/holiday clearance items
- Customized or personalized products
- Items that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery
Damaged or Incorrect Items (We’ll Make It Right Fast)
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will:
✔ Replace the item at no cost to you or
✔ Issue a full refund
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
If the return is due to our error, we cover the shipping
